Automated welding roll for Fischer Robotics & Engineering.
We developed a solution for welding large cylinders, pipes and tanks for Fischer Robotics & Engineering GmbH.
Our tasks included choosing the motor, bearings and steel grade to support the assembly. The customer was given several options to choose from, depending on their budget.
The assembly consists of ten individual parts, excluding the motor, gearbox and fasteners.
Finally, we made sure that the product received renderings and animations for appropriate marketing solutions, as well as a presentation video for marketing purposes.
We have designed drawings and manufacturing plans complete with tolerances for each piece in part, having surface finishing notes and welding instructions. We also carried out load simulations for the wheel shaft and other highly stressed parts.

Wood splitting machine with tractor attachment in collaboration with the Technical University of Cluj Naapoca.
The main objective of this project was to design and improve a hydraulically driven wood splitter for tractor.
The main objective was to design a horizontal tractor-driven wood splitting machine with 3-point tractor attachment.
We also performed load calculations for the choice of hydraulic cylinder.
